Mike Minogue

Actor | MC | Podcast Host | Creator

Mike Minogue has enough hats to almost cover his (physically not metaphorically) massive head.

He played Office Minogue in Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement’s What We Do in the Shadows, and in four seasons of its television spinoff Wellington Paranormal - a show that was sold to over 100 countries and saw Mike win Best Actor at the 2019 NZTV Awards.

He is a commentator with the Alternative Commentary Collective alongside the likes of Matt Heath, Jeremy Wells and Leigh Hart, and has been co-host of Radio Hauraki’s insane drive slot, The Big Show, alongside Jason Hoyte and Chris Key since 2021.

Mike is also an award nominated writer and podcaster, film and television producer, husband, father, fitness enthusiast and, for 2025, is going completely alcohol free as a test of will.

It should not need pointing out that he is also an absolute backbone.
Location - Wellington / Auckland
